Employees and dependents can enroll in our dental insurance plan. Trilogy covers 100% of monthly dental premiums.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees have the opportunity to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), which offers important tax advantages to help pay for healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

Employees may use paid time off for vacation, sick, or personal leave, commensurate with years of experience. Trilogy also offers 11 paid holidays per year.

401(K) Retirement Program

Trilogy provides a Safe Harbor a 401(k) plan with with a 3% corporate contribution regardless of employee contribution to the plan. Employer contributions are vested from day one!

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance

All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Trilogy short-term and long-term disability plan. This is a tax-free benefit at no cost to employees.

Life & AD&D Insurance

All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the group life and AD&D insurance plan. Our plan is completely sponsored by Trilogy Federal and comes at no cost to employees!

Education & Training Assistance

Trilogy encourages all employees to see continuous training and education in their field of expertise. We reimburse up to $2,500 per calendar year for job-related training, tuition, certification tests, or professional memberships.

Phone & Internet Stipend

Trilogy offers full-time employees a monthly stipend for both their phone and internet.

Commuting Expenses

Trilogy offers company paid commuting expenses inline with IRS regulations and limits.
