Aretha Henderson
Director, Finance
As a Director at Trilogy Federal, Aretha manages the finance and contract management division. Aretha has over 25 years of professional experience in financial management in the private sector, spending the last 5+ years in consulting. Aretha obtained her BS in Accounting from Hampton University and MBA from Strayer University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She currently resides in Atlanta, GA where she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fur babies.
Chaz Miah
Director
As a Director within Trilogy Federal’s Financial Management and Systems Integration Practice, Chaz Miah brings over 15 years of experience supporting large scale business transformation initiatives with expertise in providing Federal Financial Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. His passion for creating innovative solutions for his clients, working with great talent, and applying agile and system integration delivery has been utilized across several federal clients, including Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense, Administrative Office of the United States Courts, and Department of Education. Chaz holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Howard University. He currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area where he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and attending DC sporting events.
Christian Weaver
Director
Christian Weaver serves as a Director and Program Manager, with over 23 years of digital communications and information technology (IT) consulting experience in program and project management, systems design, process improvement, and organizational change management (OCM) for federal, state, and private sector clients. In short, he specializes in applying “out-of-the-box” thinking to the strategic implementation of technology and communications to enhance processes and empower people. When not working, you can likely find him on the water (fishing), in the water (swimming), or under the water (scuba diving), or rooting hard for the Nationals and Capitals.
Eleanor Aubrey
Director, Talent Acquisition
Eleanor brings over a decade of industry experience to her role as Director of Talent Acquisition. Eleanor started her recruiting career in Australia, pivoted to industrial temporary staffing in the USA, and ultimately found her niche hiring within the federal space. She is passionate about OFCCP, DOL, and EEOC compliance, especially the value in hiring a skilled and diverse workforce. Her goal in leading the Talent Acquisition team is maintaining a fair selection process, training hiring managers in the art of interviewing, and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience with Trilogy. Eleanor holds a BA in Philosophy from The George Washington University and a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification from AIRS.
Eric Belling
Director
As a Director at Trilogy Federal, Eric is responsible for leading and overseeing several strategic contracts and business opportunities. He has over 23 years of professional experience including spending the last 12+ years directly supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. Eric’s passion has been aiding clients with designing and implementing agile management processes that enable rapid adoption of more efficient and effective healthcare operations and technology. Eric’s professional experience is supported by his BS in Biology from Virginia Tech and Healthcare MBA from George Washington University. He is also certified PMP and SAFe Agilist. Away from work, Eric can usually be found researching his next challenge, tinkering with home projects, wandering in the woods, or spending time with his family. He has also been known to enjoy a nice meal and some fine libations from time to time.
Jamie Austin
Director
As a Director in Financial Management Modernization and Operations, Jamie has over 20 years of experience supporting federal and private sector customers in optimizing IT investments and business processes. Jamie’s results-focused experience includes cross-functional expertise in business process redesign, change management, and strategic and operational management. With her bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University, Jamie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified CMMI® Associate.
Juan Arroyo
Director
As a Director at Trilogy Federal, Juan brings over 16 years of professional experience, 8 of which have been supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs in various transformation initiatives. Juan has expertise in PMO design, technology implementations, and performance and change management initiatives that deliver data-driven solutions. With BA and MPH degrees from Johns Hopkins University, Juan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist, and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). When not working, you will find Juan spending quality time with his wife and puppy, as well as cooking up delicious meals.
Julia Robbins
Director
As a Director, Julia brings over 25 years of experience providing financial management support to federal clients. Since 2002, she has supported various initiatives across the Department of Veterans Affairs including financial software enhancements, audit support and remediation efforts, and DATA Act implementation and compliance. Julia earned a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University, is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and is a member of AGA’s D.C. Chapter.
Kim Ihle
Director
As a Director for Trilogy Federal, Kim has over 25 years of federal financial management experience in roles and duties ranging from project management to implementing a new financial system for the federal government. Her expertise includes program management leadership, system testing, and operations and management support for CGI’s Momentum Financials software package. Kim holds a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Mike Dec
Director
Mike has nearly 40 years of experience supporting federal clients in IT systems implementation and integration, data management and migration, IT project management, and O&M. He possesses broad and diverse experience with multiple federal agencies in security, functional, and technical areas for financial and acquisition systems in shared environments. While with the Department of the Interior (National Business Center) and the Department of Justice, Mike was the lead or the PM in approximately 30 successful financial or acquisition system implementations.
Nora Benitez
Director
Nora Benitez is a PMP-certified project manager specializing in healthcare project management and program implementation. She has over 15 years of experience managing a wide variety of cross-disciplinary projects with a focus on establishing programs and implementing new business processes. Her greatest strengths lie in establishing and leading cross-disciplinary teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders and process owners to identify goals and generate solutions.
Stuart Bell
Director
As Director within the Financial Management and Systems Integration business unit, Stuart brings over 16 years of technical and managerial experience in federal financial management. Stuart has worked to convert, implement, and maintain some of the Federal Government’s largest financial and acquisitions management ERP systems, with current efforts focused on Financial Management Business Transformation within the Department of Veterans Affairs. Stuart holds a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Torsten Timm
Director
Torsten is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with over 28 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing federal transformative projects including healthcare, operations, and financial systems at multiple federal agencies. He is also an Association of Government Accountants (AGA) Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), certified in Change Management by Prosci, and in Project Management by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He earned a BS in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems and an MBA from George Mason University. Torsten loves to spend his free time outside gardening, hiking, and paddling.
