Federal Financials Analyst

Trilogy Federal is seeking junior and mid-level analysts and consultants interested in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates are expected to take a proactive role in project execution and program management activities.

Key Requirements:
• Knowledge of one or more Federal financial management processes (e.g., Core Financials, Acquisitions, Grants, Budget, Financial Reporting, etc.).
• Working knowledge of one or more financial management systems or toolsets.
• Participate in business process reengineering (BPR) workshops.
• Analyze and provide actionable feedback current and future state processes and flows.
• Present work products and progress to clients and partners across all levels of multiple organizations.
• Contribute to a range of functional analyses and managerial presentations.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented consulting approach, with the ability to multi-task across swim lanes.
• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship may be required.
• Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
• Travel may be required.
• Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with CGI’s Momentum® Federal Financials & Acquisitions preferred.
• Experience working with Federal Shared Service Providers (FSSPs) preferred.

Management Consultant – Mid-Level

We are looking for Associate Management Consultants to support a large Healthcare project. Healthcare background/experience is highly preferred. Primary responsibilities are listed below.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Conducts market research to identify trends that may impact client business operations and presents them to decision makers
• Proactively works to address client issues and achieve project goals through analysis and research
• Proactively collaborates with clients and team members to achieve project outcomes
• Identifies and analyzes issues, makes recommendations, and escalates issues for resolution in a timely manner

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Science, Engineering or related field
• 2-6 years of experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment
• Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, if needed

Data Architect

We are looking for Data Architects to provide enterprise data management, data governance, and data quality assurance support to federal data management initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develops Conceptual Data Models, Logical Data Models and Physical Data Models using pre-defined data to include adoption of emerging industry data and modeling standards
• Assists with data architecture/modeling and meta-data capture for client programs and systems
• Proactively works to address client issues and achieve project goals
• Proactively collaborates with clients and team members to achieve project outcomes
• Identifies and analyzes issues, makes recommendations, and escalates issues for resolution in a timely manner

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Science, Engineering or related field
• 5 – 10 years of data modeling experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to interface well with end-users, client stakeholders, and external data partners inside and outside of the organization
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, if needed
