Department of Veterans Affairs – VETS First Contracting Program

The VA Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) has verified Trilogy Federal as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This verification makes Trilogy Federal eligible for VA contracts awarded under the VETS First Contracting Program. The authorizing legislation allows for sole source contracts over the Simplified Acquisitions Threshold, restricted competition via Set-Aside procedures for SDVOSBs and limits large prime contractors’ subcontracting credits to verified SDVOSBs.

Department of Veterans Affairs – Financial Process Improvement and Audit Readiness (FPIAR)

The Financial Process Improvement and Audit Readiness IDIQ is designed to address external audit inquiries, improve financial statement preparation and remediate financial management weakness and deficiencies to maintain an unqualified audit opinion. Additionally, detailed assessments of all aspects of agency financial management practices will be undertaken to provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to current business processes.

Department of Veterans Affairs – Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Program (T4)

The T4 program is a five-year IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract awarded by the VA Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) to help the VA transform its Information Technology (IT) programs. VA T4 Service Areas include Program Management, Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Planning Support; Systems/Software Engineering; Software Technology Demonstration and Transition; Test and Evaluation; Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V); Enterprise Network; Enterprise Management Framework; Cyber Security; Operations and Maintenance (O&M); Training; and IT Facilities.

Department of Veterans Affairs – SPECTRUM

The Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Services for Program Excellence and Corporate Transformation (SPECTRUM) umbrella contract allows the Office of Policy and Planning (OPP) and other VA organizations to obtain program management, strategic planning, and management analysis support for projects and programs.

National Institutes of Health – CIO-SP3

Sponsored by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), the Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business (SB) contract is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for small businesses. The IT support solutions and services under the contract include health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

Department of Health and Human Services, OCFO – Financial Policy and Reporting Services

The Financial Policy and Reporting Services BPA, issued by the Assistant Secretary for Resources, will be used to provide services throughout the Department of Health and Human Services, supporting all aspects of financial activities to accomplish departmental goals and program objectives. The BPA covers a broad range of financial policy and reporting services that Office of Finance may require to support effective operations of HHS and its CFO Communities.

Department of Homeland Security – Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS)

DHS TABSS establishes a Department-Wide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract vehicle for DHS to provide technical, acquisition, and business support services. These contracts provide DHS with the broad technical, acquisition, and business support services needed to assist with the cross-organizational mission of protecting the homeland, deterring crime, detecting and countering terrorism, and myriad other responsibilities.
